Integral Ten Phase Qigong Cultivation
Training
with Roger Jahnke, OMD Certified Instructor - Medical Qigong, Acupressure/Tui
Na
Integral Ten Phase Qigong Cultivation with with Roger Jahnke,
OMD provides an integral framework for our journey into Qi mastery that
mines the ancient Qi cultivation traditions, including Daoist, Buddhist,
Confucian, medical and martial. Dr. Jahnke, with 30 years clinical practice
in classical Chinese medicine, and 8 research trips to China has distilled
a wealth of traditional medical, philosophical and historic Qi cultivation
literature into a body of practice that can be easily embraced and absorbed
by interested individuals. This approach to Qi cultivation is presented
by Dr. Jahnke as a sincere offering for your own journey of healing and
empowerment.
The first nine phases offer a structured approach to personal cultivation.
To Discover, Gather and Circulate the Qi, then Purify, Direct and Conserve
Qi, and with practice over time, we will learn to Store, Transform and
Dissolve in Qi. Upon this foundation, the tenth phase of Transmit Qi offers
us a compassionate expression of service of others. Under Roger's masterful
guidance we'll explore the Ten Phases and integrate them into a total
program for healing and self-development.
Touching Qi Experience
with Matthew Sweigart, Certified Instructor - Zen Shiatsu
In the Touching Qi Experience with Matthew Sweigart, CI we explore the basics of the profound and moving healing modality of Qiatsu®. Developed by Matthew over years of private practice, the method provides an elegant framework for the tenth phase of Integral Qigong, Transmit Qi. The compassionate expression of your personal Qi cultivation through simple human touch for healing and service to others.
Positive hands on contact with another is truly primary care, and can be used to transmit healing Qi deeply into the place where it is most needed. A sensitive study develops your ability to perceive the many manifestations of Qi energy within the body/mind/spirit. And with this awareness, effective simple touch techniques are then applied to transmit healing Qi right into the heart of the matter. The result is an enhancement of personal cultivation for both giver and receiver. Touching Qi fosters proper body/mind/spirit mechanics in the art of healing touch, where we reach into that profound and quiet place of complete presence. The art of Qiatsu® is the art of becoming fully present, fully in the moment in the act of sincere compassionate transmission of Qi, through informed and enlightened touch contact.
